Strides of Louisiana is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving young adults and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through structured programming, vocational training, and meaningful employment opportunities. We are developing a multi-purpose community facility designed to empower individuals with life skills, job readiness training, and real-world experiences. Also while partnering with local businesses to create sustainable employment pathways.
Community Partnership
Many adults with developmental disabilities age out of school with limited opportunities for continued growth and employment.
You can help bridge that gap by supporting daily structured programming, vocational and life-skills training, community integration, and supported employment partnerships.
Financial Partnership
Potential roles include administrative support, retail and operations, customer service, data entry, and inventory management.
We provide strength-based job matching, ongoing communication, and dependable, structured workforce support to ensure success for both your team and our participants.
